How much does it cost?
Fulfillment starts at €2.50 per order and storage at €3 per month. The exact price depends on your volume, your parcel size and the number of items per order: we send it to you within 24 h, free and with no commitment.
Is there a minimum volume?
No. You can start with a single bin and a few orders a week. As your business grows, we simply add more space.
Do I have to commit to a minimum term?
No. You pay monthly and can stop whenever you like, and take your stock back.
How do I send you my stock?
By carrier, or drop it off in Reims by appointment. Your supplier can also deliver to us directly: we check the delivery and send you a stock report.
Do you ship outside France?
Yes, across Europe and worldwide. Price and delivery time depend on the country, the weight and the carrier: we include them in your quote.
What are the delivery times?
Orders are packed 7 days a week and shipped within 24 h. In mainland France, delivery then takes 2 to 3 working days to a pick-up point, about 5 days for standard home delivery, or 48 h for express home delivery. These times are indicative and depend on the carrier.
Are my goods safe?
They are stored in a locked, secure and dry facility. Insurance terms for your goods are set out in your quote.
How am I invoiced?
One invoice a month, covering the space used, orders fulfilled, stock receipts, any returns and shipping costs. Everything is itemised line by line, with no monthly minimum.
I sell on Shopify, WooCommerce or Etsy. How do my orders reach you?
Your store can be connected to our shipping software (Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop, Etsy, Wix…): your orders reach us automatically and your customers get their tracking. You can also send them by email or as an export.
Do you work with stores based outside France?
Yes. If you sell to shoppers in France and Europe from abroad, keeping your stock in France means faster delivery for your customers and, for stores based outside the EU, no customs delay on each order. We are happy to work in English.
